Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products.

 The images, descriptions, measurements, and samples you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. We advise that although we try our utmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products cannot be 100% accurate.

 We are committed to excellence and inspect each of our products when they arrive and before they are shipped to customers to ensure there are no defects. Therefore, to ensure transparency and a straightforward shopping experience, we have implemented the following return policy:

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team at jaiccessories@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Email clear photos or videos illustrating the defect to assist us in assessing the issue promptly. Once the defect is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item.

 Return Authorization:

Returns for defective items must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping the product back to us. Contact our customer service team at jaiccessories@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

 Refund or Replacement:

Upon receiving the returned defective item, we will inspect it to confirm the reported defect. If the defect is verified, you will be eligible for store credit or a replacement, as per your preference.

 Non-Defective Items:

All sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects. Please carefully review product details, specifications, and sizing information before making a purchase.

 Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
